I think it’s important to keep things in perspective. Try not the let little things get you down or make you angry, because you’ll end up blowing them out of proportion. This harms your happiness more than anything else, and it’s really not worth it.
Try to trust in the universe that everything will work out in the end, and focus on the positive things in your life, no matter how small they might seem. Appreciate what you have, and work on improving yourself rather than constantly comparing your life to others’.
Always try your best to help out other people, give them compliments and make them smile because there’s nothing lovelier than knowing you’ve brightened someone else’s day! If you’re feeling overwhelmed, go outside to breathe the fresh air and listen to your favourite songs.
We often forget how much good there is around us, because we focus on the past or the future. Realise that in this very moment, there is so much beauty in the world: in nature, in architecture, in the warmth of sunshine, in the connections you have with other people. Keep your head up.
